Synopsis

We are looking for energetic, meticulous, self-starters to work in an international business processing centre.

Description

A content reviewer who is able to speak, read and write in English.

The person must also be able to speak any of the following languages:

  • Swahili, Luganda or Runyankole
  • Akan, Ewe, Ga, Dagaare, Dagbani French
  • Oluluhiya, Kamba, Kikuyu, Bantu Swahili, Ekegusii
  • Igbo, Yoruba, Fulfube, Kanuri, Efik, Urhobo, Ijaw, Hausa
  • Kinyarwanda, French
  • Arabic, Spanish, Berber
  • Any of South Africa's 11 official languages.

If the person can speak more than one that would be favourable.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment,
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Problem Solving: Identify & analysing issues to drive a logical solution
  • Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
  • Cognitive Ability - Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills, Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus.
  • Google products experience: including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets"
  • Must have a valid South African ID or work permit.
