Description

  • Implementation of approved business loans
  • Drafting of legal documents from standard templates
  • Instructing attorneys to attend to the registration of securities
  • Attending to securities and conditions on approved business loans
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and intermediaries like attorneys in the process of implementing business loans
  • Regular reporting to all stakeholders
  • General portfolio and office management

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Matric with a minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A para-legal qualification will be an advantage and knowledge of conveyancing and / or company law will be advantageous.
