A leading Fleet Management company based in Isando Johannesburg, is looking for someone to provide business insight and intelligence by accurately analyzing and interpreting critical business data based on past, current and futuristic trends of both current and potential customers and markets for competitive advantage.



Strategic / Financial

  • To assist in building appropriate solutions for customers by reviewing current solutions or offerings as well as repackaging products for customer retention and growth
  • Effectively monitor and track customer requests for trends and opportunities that will drive the development of new product and services
  • Keep abreast of market and legislative developments (locally and internationally) for positioning and appropriate business response
  • To scan the competitive landscape to understand competitor tactics and strategy for appropriate response
  • Through effective understanding of the value drivers, build and maintain pricing model/s that will enable effective and competitive pricing decisions


  • To provide internal support to the Sales fraternity (i.e. analysis of customer needs, package the solution, pricing, etc.) in order to deliver a more customer-centric solution
  • To provide accurate and complete analysis and interpretation of various data sets, concepts and/or ideas (related and unrelated) in order to convert this into business intelligence and guide decision making
  • To develop and maintain regular sales and profitability reports for deviations management
  • To provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, etc. for input into the annual business plan

Stakeholder (internal and external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities)

  • To build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Customer Solutions Hub, Sales, Finance, Operations) for operational efficiency
  • To liaise with Divisional Strategy for effective coordination of input
  • Working closely with Sales, ensure that the value proposition is well-articulated to meet the external customer needs



  • Post-graduate qualification in Business or Finance
  • Bachelors degree in Economics of finance


  • 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical role (business or data analysis)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Operations or Finance
  • Dealing with various stakeholder across levels
