Our client in the financial services industry is seeking to employ a Facilities Coordinator: Services who will be responsible for the compliance of contracts with vendors and the service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders, including customer service interactions, reports and repairs . The above-mentioned position is currently available in Bellville, Cape Town


  • Provides the highest level of excellence with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting excellent relationships
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat client by upselling services and taking care of any client concerns of complaints quickly and professionally
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks
  • Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
  • Resolves service desk problems and improves current desk methods to increase productivity and client service
  • Monitors departments issues and client complaints by implementing and managing an effective dashboard to define patterns and work to lesson those recurring issues
  • Regularly audits work being done and client service being provided to ensure al standards are met, and that repair work is carried out effectively and thoroughly
  • Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports and doing repairs, if necessary, personally give recommendations on job duties to ensure highest quality of work
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensures service department adheres to all regulations. Implement documented efficient and effective processes:
  • - Vendor Contract Management and reporting
  • - SLA Reporting of all services
  • - Facilities projects reporting include escalations, finances and closing of projects
  • - Reporting on budget expenses of office moves
  • - Test and report on Contract Compliance OHS



Qualification and Experience

  • Relevant 3 to 4-year degree / NQF Level 5 or 6 in Business or Administration
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in industry knowledge
  • Minimum experience should be at least 3 years in a facilities management environment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management, service level agreement and financial budgeting
