  • Contract control
  • The making of physical purchase contracts
  • The collection of outstanding contracts
  • Inventory control and control
  • Ensure that the inventory on the organisations' system matches the inventory on Cooperative's systems
  • Instruction request, stock swings, transfers etc.
  • Preparation and handling of invoices for payments to suppliers / producers purchased for stock
  • Transaction control
  • Confirm that all purchase side transactions are entered into the system every day and match what was done on SAFEX
  • Consult with customers, suppliers, marketers and team members


Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have a Degree in B.Com Quantitative and Logistics Management, B.Com Management Science etc.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a financial or administrative role
