Our client in the financial services industry is seeking to employ a Digital Online Specialist: Group Brand who will serve as the glue that keeps the organisation together by providing strategic direction and support to the five clusters (Personal Finance, Investments, Emerging Markets, Corporate, and Short-term insurance) to assist them in meeting their business objectives.


  • Support brand to achieve its digital goals, understanding the online channel and how to use that channel to reach to the target audience
  • Support online campaigns including creative briefing, implementation and analysis
  • Keep up to date with new opportunities and new thinking, to ensure that the company stays ahead of the game, both locally and on a global perspective
  • Drive partnership with other business units to ensure alignment of digital and social media marketing
  • Work with the brand and agency teams to ensure that digital-specific priorities and objectives are factored into campaigns
  • Assist with upskilling business partners in the basics of digital marketing
  • Ensure approval processes from a brand perspective and online category management are adhered to
  • Oversee social media activity in support of the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
  • Assist with management and alignment of community managers in business and agency
  • Monthly and ad hoc reporting of digital performance across all channels
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the Marketing Content Management System
  • The Group Marketing department is a central function that runs its own marketing campaigns but also oversees and ensures alignment of all marketing activities across the group
  • Group Marketing provides digital marketing guidance and support to various businesses throughout the group, enabling smaller businesses with limited digital experience to run campaigns


Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing OR
  • Post graduate diploma in Digital Marketing
  • 2 - 4 years marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing
