A prominent financial services group has an opening for a Human Capital Administrator. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative day to day support to the Human Capital team through efficient co-ordination of processes and initiatives in the team.


  • Perform an efficient and accurate administrative function for the HC team.
  • Support with the managing of calendars and effectively schedule appointments and venues or  VC's.
  • Pro-actively screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently where possible.
  • Collaborate in supporting two-way communication between various internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
  • Organise and plan the logistics to ensure that all human capital work procedures are followed.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange detailed travel arrangements and ensure compliance with all the documentation for travel-related meetings.
  • Drive the timeous payments of invoices from third party suppliers.
  • Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements.
  • Deal promptly with client requests in a competent, efficient and professional manner.
  • Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.
  • Work closely with the HR and OD team administrators in regions in order to collaborate and co-ordinate activities.
  • Co-ordinate all the components (logistics, catering etc.) of events, meetings and functions within budget and specifications.
  • Co-ordinate HC activities such as long service, recognition, induction etc.
  • Use administration skills to document, track and report progress on project plans.
  • Co-ordinate project meetings and deliverables.
  • Collate project information and meeting minutes.
  • Engage in the administrative function of the project budget and finances.
  • Escalate faults and other housekeeping issues with the relevant service provider and ensure queries are resolved within the given timeframes.
  • Order and control office supplies and equipment in line with budget parameters.
  • Develop and maintain various databases and records.
  • Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
  • Demonstrate the company's values on a daily basis.


  • Matric.
  • Post matric qualification in administration.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years solid administration experience within a financial services human capital team or project office.
