Synopsis

One of South Africa’s top business schools has a vacancy for an energetic, enthusiastic, engaging and credible individual. The key purpose for this role is to provide administration services on various business platforms.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain the team’s electronic files.
  • Assist with the circulation of staff in following up on overdue material and outstanding fines.
  • Process and verify invoices for payments.
  • Follow-up on payments.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
  • Maintain budget and operations records pertaining to copyright applications.
  • Newspaper and journals subscriptions administration.
  • Assist with archiving duties.
  • Other administrative related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirements: Matric.
  • Minimum experience required is three (3) years working experience providing administrative support.
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes.
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
