Synopsis

One of South Africa’s leading recruitment agency has an opening for a vibrant, dedicated, driven and competent IT Recruiter. Potential candidates must have a very good understanding of various technologies, including future technologies as well as the benefits that these technologies will bring to talent management.

Description

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Responsible for mastering the use of recruiting tools and technologies (Career portals, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Recruit top talent and achieve quarterly and yearly target goals.
  • Achieve 100% or more in terms of financial targets.
  • Work active allocated job orders and ensure that all relevant deadlines are met.
  • Meet all of the requirements set out in the signed recruiter KPI’s.
  • Understand the client’s requirements for their open job vacancy by qualifying the role with the relevant HR Consultant or Line Manager.
  • Source and identify quality candidates that match the requirements of the open job order
  • Screen the resumes of the candidates that were identified during the sourcing process (via social networking, the in-house database and career portals).
  • Telephonically screen potential candidates in order assess whether candidates have the appropriate skills, competencies and experiences required to meet the specifications of the job order.
  • Create a shortlist of the candidates identified during the screening process that meet the required specifications of the job order.
  • Book candidate interviews for allocated roles or for pipelining purposes as per the requirements of the signed KPI’s.
  • Source of new job orders from new or existing clients.
  • Ensure that the new client on-boarding process has been completed correctly and that all the relevant documents have been signed and uploaded to the in-house system.
  • Develop leads and contacting potential contacts or clients.
  • Develop and expanding network with the field of specialty.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completing of reports for the comparison against signed KPI’s.
  • Capture and update client and candidate’s details and information onto the in-house system.
  • Ensure proper filing and scanning of all relevant documents received from the candidates.
  • Upload candidate reference checks on the in-house system.
  • Ensure that all candidate and client updates are logged on the in-house system.

Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Relevant Degree / Diploma.
  • Previous sales or recruitment experience.
  • Atleast 1 to 2 years’ experience in IT Recruitment.
