Synopsis

Purpose of the role is to assist with providing a highly effective and professional personal assistant function to x3 Managers.

Description

Work Output:

  • All administration related to the diary management of x3 Managers
  • Expert application of Outlook and proactive diary management
  • Arranging and coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for all required travel
    both nationally and internationally
  • Where required assist other PA's to fulfill activities for executives
  • Ensure the effective planning, coordinating, minute taking and distribution of
    minutes for meetings
  • Screening of calls and general office management and administration
  • Manage the interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, where
    applicable.
  • Project a highly professional and efficient image of the organization
  • Deal with any additional assignments, deemed relevant, under clear instruction
    and guidance of Management. 

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Secretarial Qualification or Equivalent will be advantageous
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant
