Our client, a financial service provider, is seeking a Release and Change Manager to take on responsibility for plugging into the change forums of the bank to analyse change impacts on Robotics processes. The incumbent will liaise with Blue Prism support on issues related to Blue Prism.


  • Define and implement, in line with the shared values and best practices, operational policies, processes and workflows
  • Define the release and change plans and targets for relevant areas
  • Creates an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged and offers necessary guidance, coaching and support in this regard. System Release Management
  • Responsible for the Blue Prism Environments (Dev, UAT and PROD)
  • Responsible for code movement across regions (Includes sign off’s)
  • Responsible for code reviews in Development stage and Final code review before final deployment to production
  • Liaise with Infrastructure team for provisioning VDI
  • Manage the release dates in conjunction with the stipulated dates
  • Defines the process that stipulates timing and rules for each application
  • Actions the company's release dates according to specified requests
  • Conducts an impact analysis on appropriate systems to ensure up-time
  • Manages the required resources to enable business performance and achieve business goals
  • Plans systems and technology requirements and enablers for business performance
  • Develops measurement metrics to evaluate business performance and behaviour across area of responsibility using benchmarked methodologies
  • Benchmarks internal practices against industry standards to show best practices. Support management
  • Liaise with Infrastructure team for provisioning VDI
  • Overall responsibility for Robotics Infrastructure
  • Responsible for Run the Bank production support activities
  • Owner for all Change Management activities by engaging with various application change forums and offering inputs to Technical Lead


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • IT certification with qualification in project management
  • ITIL v3
  • In depth knowledge of: Blue Prism Environments (Dev, UAT & PROD)
  • 6 – 8 years’ Process Engineering experience
  • Least 2 years’ experience working with Blue Prism
