Synopsis

Join a leading financial services provider for a Client Service Assistant role to provide support to business development managers with the distribution, implementation and servicing the company’s pre and post retirement solutions in order to achieve the overall departmental deliverables.

Description

  • To ensure that all relevant data is collated for new business and enhancement quotations.
  • To ensure that all transactions are implemented in in order to effectively on board all new business and enhancements
  • To continuously maintain and improve the departmental SLA’s in order to ensure a consistent positive customer experience.
  • To effectively manage the new business and enhancement reporting and efficiently provide management information

Requirements

  • Studying towards Bcom Degree- advantageous
  • Banking / Insurance background
  • RE5 - advantageous
  • 3-5 years’ experience in insurance and banking industry.
  • Relevant pre- and post- retirement product and admin experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with client queries
