Synopsis

Are you a Unit Reconciliations and Administration Officer? Our client, a leading financial services provider is seeking a Unit Reconciliation and Administration Officer with LISP / Unitised Investment Operations and Unitised Reconciliation knowledge will be advantageous for this role.

Description

  • Daily Unit reconciliation and reporting (System Liability to Investment assets)
  • Periodic Reconciliation and processing of Income Distributions
  • Maintaining relationship with Investment Management Companies
  • Identify liability vs. Asset mismatches
  • Report on liability vs. Asset mismatches (Cause)
  • Correct liability vs. Asset mismatches
  • Reconcile market income distribution data
  • Process income distributions
  • Reconcile income distributions at Fund and Member level on the administration system
  • Reconcile and report on Life business investments via the LISP platform
  • Establish relationship with management companies
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of Service level agreements with Management companies
  • Assist in correcting the administration system records on client level errors

Requirements

  • Matric
  • General, BCom 
  • LISP / Unitised Investment Operations Knowledge
  • LISP / Unitised Reconciliation Knowledge
  • LISP / Unitised Investment Business Knowledge
  • PC literacy
  • Legislation and tax knowledge
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Investments industry
