  • Create and maintain positive digital experience for customers
  • Manage queries on social media / live chat, written and telephonically
  • Resolve complaints / queries social media / live chat, written and telephonic
  • Manage website queries
  • Assist other departments with social media / live chat, telephonic and written correspondence
  • Manage emails
  • Manage all social media platforms and on-line / web platforms

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • Degree / Diploma 
  • Public Relation, PR, Communications, Marketing, Digital or any other media related
